Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income producing property within State College, Port Matilda, Warriors Mark, Tyrone, Philipsburg, Bellefonte, Howard, Boalsburg, and Spring Mills. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and since I grew up in the area I'm also knowledgeable with the local schools and activities.
Personal
I'm a State College native having been born in Bellefonte and raised in the Port Matilda area. Growing up as the daughter of a Land Surveyor, has encouraged my interest in all aspects Real Estate, including land development, and new construction. Over the years, my husband Rich and I have acquired several different types of investment properties and have built several new homes. I enjoy teaching others how to obtain their first home, or how to build wealth with investment properties. I also enjoy showing clients around the area, and sharing with them my experience and knowledge of the Local Real Estate Market.
My current hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, traveling to vineyards and wineries, brewing my own beer at home (which I enjoying sharing), and helping my clients buy and sell their homes. | |
